In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system that is provided by us at HenryTek. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. We generally respond to inquiries within 24 hours, except on weekends. We do check tickets 24/7/365, but cannot guarantee a quick enough response during weekends & holidays.

We also have a knowledgbase for logged in users to access common problems & solutions, or to see if your questions have already been answered.
